Gli appartamenti sono caldi ed accoglienti, termoautonomi e dotati di tutti i moderni confort.
Nell’interrato zona salute con idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco, vasca di immersione dopo sauna, docce e zona relax. La zona relax è in condivisione con i quattro appartamenti, ognuno dei tre appartamenti può disporne per 2 ore, nel suo ingresso è presente un foglio dove scrivere il proprio nome in corrispondenza dell'orario scelto.

You also share the private garden with six other people who sit less than 3 metres from you. The neigbours front door is within a metre of yours. The sauna is only available at specified times. When I tried to contact Belvilla on the chat the it took 2.5 hours to eventually be told the office is closed and to ring tomorrow. The website is a lie, and of course you are unable to view the owners website until after you have committed to paying a 1000..00 eu deposit to Belvilla. The owners website is completely accurate and explains that the building is shared with two other units. Of course Belvilla give you no indication of this until after they have taken your money. What a total rip off. Total sharks. No interest in customers only in taking your money. Utterly disgusted. AVPOID AVOID AVOID
Tolle Unterkunft, sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Wandermöglichkeit direkt vom Haus aus. Saisonbedingt war jedoch im Ort kein Restaurant geöffnet und die Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ca. 2000 und nicht 200m entfernt.
Keurige accommodatie, vriendelijke eigenaar, redelijk schoon maar zeker niet blinkend schoon bij aankomst, Omgeving prachtig.
Tolles Haus (baita Berghütte) und komfortable Wohnung in sehr schöner und idyllischer Umgebung, mit herrlicher Sicht auf die beiden Bergketten. Den hübsch angelegten Garten und den Wellness- Bereich haben wir täglich sehr gerne genutzt. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut - hilfsbereit und unkompliziert! Da das Haus von der Straße etwas weiter entfernt liegt, in einer Sackgasse, konnten wir unseren Hund auch frei auf dem Grundstück laufen lassen. (Grundstück ist jedoch nicht eingezäunt) Lediglich die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war etwas spärlich. Kaffeemaschine,Toaster und eine Pfanne haben wir vermisst. Auch das Geschirr und Besteck war nicht üppig, sodass die Geschirrspülmaschine täglich lief. Von der baita aus können viele Wanderungen unternommen werden. Zudem gibt es im Ort Bellamonte die beste Pizza die wir je gegessen haben. Wir kehren sicherlich wieder zurück.
