Here you can sit on a beautiful summer evening and look out over the water and enjoy the silence and tranquility that the area offers. 300 meters away there is both a jetty and a boat that is included to borrow (talk to the owners). By sea you can take yourself to various cozy islands, or why not go into Karlstad and enjoy the restaurant and entertainment options there. Around the cottage there are also good hiking trails to discover Hammarö's beautiful nature and rich wildlife. The cottage owners who live on the same plot are very nice and are happy to help if there is anything during your stay. Hammarö offers everything from cozy cafes, a recognized mini golf course to fishing, beautiful swimming, an appreciated golf course and much more. Barely a mile away you can enjoy fish/seafood at Lillängshamnen's Fish Smokehouse.
